I've been using Opera for several years now after realizing that it was better than Firefox. As a loyal user, I have uninstalled Firefox and haven't touched it since. That being said, Firefox 3 is due to be released Tuesday, June 17. Opera 9.5 is supposed to be the answer to it.
The first thing that the saw that was different was the GUI. Instead of a bar on the side with all the useful things, there is a button underneath the first bar with file. I would rather have a small bar on the whole side of the browser just so it is easier to open up instead of clicking a small button in the corner.
The second thing was a bigger problem. There wasn't the old, big button with New Tab. There's just a small button to click. It was also positioned to the right of the tabs instead of to the left. Luckily, Opera is fully customizable, so I moved it back to the left side of the tabs.
I have some other problems that are even bigger. Imagine that you are on a forum of some sort. You post something and then you hit back a few times and click the topic that you need to post in. You won't see your post. If you want to, you have to refresh. I consider that an incovenience. The next big problem is also an inconvinience. If you want to save an address in your address bar, you can't just hit enter anymore. You have to copy and paste the webstite onto a different tab and hit enter.
The last problem is my biggest. If you click on a link in your address bar it doesn't become the link on the top. All links just stay in the same spot. Now I have to look around for my links. If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me.
There are some new things that I like though. The feed reader now has the newest feeds on the top instead of the bottom. There is also supposed to be enhanced security against phising from a third-party company so I guess it could come in handy.
All in all, Opera is still a very good browser and I would recommend it over Firefox. For reasons why, read this post.

I haven't used Opera. I am using Firefox for a longtime. It's convenient for me. I guess opera might be better than Firefox..Thank you...

You have to question everything etw. Out of the box, Opera reigns supreme. Firefox has extensions that you may no doubt love. Learn to live with both, because those are probably all you'll ever need.

Right click on the bar and click customize. Then drag it where you want it to be and click ok.
